On March 4, 2025, Alan Edward Clark passed away at the Rainy Lake Medical Center surrounded by his family. Alan was born on July 24, 1945, in International Falls to Irwin Clark and Sybil (Stokes) Paulson. He was preceded in death by his parents, his infant son Michael, brothers Irwin Clark and Terry Clark.

Alan is survived by his wife Judy Clark, children Charmin Thramer (Greg Planting), Derek Clark (Carrie), Carl Thramer (Shaley), grandchildren William Dundas (Kari), TJ Coulombe (Lavina Hahn), Allysha Hicks (Matt), Shane Thramer (Molly Sheasby), Chanae Timmer (Cody), Nicholas Clark (Janis Reller), Tiana, Carley, and Lillian Thramer and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Also survived by brothers Gary Clark (Lori), Ellis Clark (Diane), Arthur Clark (Teresa), Neil Clark, and Leonard Clark (Connie). No memorial service will be held.
