Audrey D. Cornelius

Audrey Dawn Cornelius, 78, Togo passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the Cook Hospital.
She was born on June 7, 1937 the daughter of Robert and Audrey (Hoffman) Ballard in Warsaw, New York.
She grew up in Castile, New York on the family farm. After high school graduation she worked as a nurses- aide at local nursing home. She married Russell J. Cornelius on January 9, 1954 at Perry Center, New York.
In 1976 the family moved to Minnesota settling in Togo where she since has resided.
Audrey was a long time member of the Lakeview Baptist Church in Orr. She enjoyed her many flower gardens. Audrey was a devoted Christian who passed on those beliefs to her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Russell in 2004 and one son Russell in 2014

She is survived by 2-sons: Robhin Cornelius of Togo, and Randy Cornelius of Virginia; 1-adopteded son Ron (Shelia) Kingdom of Hibbing; 2-brothers Ron Ballard of Warsaw, N.Y. and Rolland "Dee" Ballard of Gheen; 2-grandchildren: Shannon and Shawn; 6-great-grandchildren: Austin, Datius, Aliana, Aria, Ethan, and Eli.

SERVICES: A memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, July, 31, 2015, at
Living Stones Fellowship House of Praise at Side Lake, 7530 HWY #5. A gathering of family and friends will start at 1:30 PM and continue till the time of the service. Rev. Michael Laulunen will be the officiant. Arrangements by Mlaker Funeral Home in Cook.
