Chere Alezá Morgan, 19, of Grand Rapids, MN, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.

Chere was born to Andrea Morgan and Alvin Loshe on October 22, 1999 in Hibbing, MN. Chere attended Virginia High School before taking an early exit to care for her siblings.

Chere loved to hang out with her friends, listen to her music, and take long walks through town. She enjoyed watching "Anime" and other Japanese styled cartoons. As a child, she was a fearless tomboy who loved to climb trees. She lived a gypsy life; gliding wherever the wind blew or setting off in her own direction on a whim. She was a free spirit and fiercely loyal to her family and friends and she defended them, no matter the cost. She is flying with the angels now, and without a doubt, doing it in her own style!

Chere was preceded in death by her grandmother: Lorna Fosgate; and her grandfather Bill Banks.

Chere is survived by her parents; her special uncle Loren Lafave; siblings Devin Knott, Rose Lee Knott, Joelle Morgan, and Raquel Morgan; grandmother Lisa Ronnquist; aunt April (Delaney) Lafave; and numerous other aunts and uncles; cousins Loren Lafave III, Jillian Lafave, William Lafave, Lafave, Esperanza Membreńo, Kaya Membrańo, Cecilia Martinez, and Leonardo Martinez.

A Traditional Wake will be held on Friday, April 19, 2019 at 6:00PM at the Nett Lake Baptist Church. The Funeral Service will follow on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 10:00AM at the Nett Lake Baptist Church, Nett Lake, MN.
