Clinton David Long, 67, of Orr, MN., passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018 at his home.

Clinton was born to Clinton "Bob" and Marion (Smith) Long on August 18, 1951 in Virginia, MN.

He attended school in Orr, graduating from Orr High School in 1970. He furthered his education by attending a Small Mechanics Vo Tech school in Detroit Lakes, MN. Clinton started driving for his brother Tom in 1973. He devised extended pedals for the clutch, brake and front feed. He also worked for Olson Logging, running a feller buncher. He was head mechanic with Seppi Brothers Inc.; repairing trucks and equipment. He retired in 2008 with 20 years of service.

Clinton was preceded in death by his father Clinton "Bob" Long; and his brother Dale Long.

Clinton is survived by his mother Marion Long; his brother Tom (Judy) Long; sister-in-law Diane Long; five nephews; and ten great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 6-8 PM at Mlaker Funeral Home, Cook, MN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Orr, MN.
