Cynthia liked to stay busy in her free time; she loved going out to the "shack on the farm" during hunting season. She was also an avid, and successful, fisherwoman. She was very patient while fishing and would often out fish her family. Her family teasingly nicknamed her "Butch Furtman" after a famous angler. Cynthia also enjoyed her day trips to the Casino.

Cynthia was an easygoing soul who loved to joke around and have fun. She had a kind heart and was a very giving person; even though she did not have much, she would do anything she could to help someone in need. She loved her family with all of her heart; a family that included her dog Daisy whom she called "the love of her life".

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved son Richard Steinbach, and her dog Daisy.

She is survived by her son James Steinbach; brother Bruce Schuster; sister Roxanne Weatherton; granddaughters: Cassandra and Madison; and a great grandson, Jaxson.
