Donald Patrick Lidberg, 84, of Cook, MN passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021.

Donald was born on March 16, 1937 to William and Bernice (White) Lidberg in St. Paul, MN. He joined the Army serving honorably from 1960–1962, and then later transferred to the Army reserves for four years. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Davidsavor on September 23, 1988 in Wyoming, MN. Sadly, Dorothy passed away in 2016. Donald worked as a carpenter for many years, and also as a machinist at Wyoming Machine, before retiring in 1999.

Donald loved spending time in the great outdoors. He and Dorothy would spend about 50 days a year camping and fishing on Lake Kabetogama and Namakan. He enjoyed taking care of his squirrels, deer and birds in his yard.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents: William and Bernice; wife Dorothy; brother Raymond Lidberg; and sister Dolores Byrne.

Donald is survived by his brothers: Richard (Deborah) Lidberg of Wyoming, MN; and David (Judy) Lidberg of Cook, MN; step-son William Christenson of Cambridge, MN; step-daughter Judy Christenson Morket of Lindstrom, MN; and many nieces and nephews.
