Dorothy Marie Trackler, 79, of Cook, Mn passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020 at the Cook Care Center.

Dorothy was born in Cook, Mn to Melvin and Marie (Ortendahl) Johnson on July 29, 1940.

Dorothy grew up and attended school in Cook, MN. She went to college in her later years, graduating from LPN school the same day her daughter Jessie graduated high school.

Dorothy was a traveling nurse; she worked in several places across the country including Las Vegas, San Diego and Oregon. She loved to watch old black and white murder mysteries, and could often be found engrossed in her reading. She had a very artistic side and was a talented drawer. Dorothy also loved to cook and enjoyed gardening. Her natural green thumb ensured that her garden thrived under her care.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; two of her sons: Frederick Grebenc and Adam Tessin; and a brother Rodney Johnson.

Dorothy is survived by her children: Jessie (Greg) Grebenc of Cook, MN, and Tony Grebenc; 7 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
