Gail Ann (Franko) Johnson

Gail Ann (Franko) Johnson, 73, of Cook, MN, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Cook Care Center.
She was born in International Falls to Matthew and Mary (Drobot) Franko on August 15, 1943. She was a 1961 high school graduate of Falls High School. Gail worked as a registered nurse at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis for 30+ years. She enjoyed music, bingo, and had a great group of friends she went out and traveled on trips with.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Matthew and Mary Franko; her infant sister, Linda Franko; brother-in-law Jim Haney; niece Diane (Haney) Tousignant and her great nephew, Travis Haney.

Gail is survived by her sister, Jeanie Haney of Orr, MN, niece Susan (Tom) Hoffer of Stillwater, Mn; niece Jennifer Haney of Bend, Oregon; three great nephews Joshua Tousignant of Palmer, Alaska, Matthew Tousignant of Wasilla, Alaska and Gregory Hoffer of Stillwater, MN; and her great niece, Rachel Hoffer of Stillwater, MN..

SERVICES: Memorial services will be at 1:00 pm Thursday (Sept.. 15th) at Mlaker Funeral Home in Cook. Rev. Jeff Schirle will be the officiant. Interment will be in the
