Gloria M. Stoltz, 85, International Falls, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Gloria was an infant when her family moved to International Falls. She married Anthony "Tony" Stoltz on September 13, 1952, in International Falls. She was a dedicated "stay at home" mom, and a devoted homemaker and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a proud wife of a WWII Veteran. Gloria loved her flowers and enjoyed feeding and watching the birds in her yard, and enjoyed the outdoors in the summer. She was a member of the Falls VFW Auxiliary. Gloria was a gifted quilt maker and made numerous beautiful quilts for family. She was very appreciative of her three children and loved her grandchildren and their families. She always enjoyed time with her family, with the Fourth of July and Christmas being most special, when her children and grandchildren came home and the house was filled with children and dogs. As a good Swede, her house was always open for coffee, cookies and fellowship around her round oak table. Her faith walk began in the Salvation Army, and progressed to acceptance of Jesus as Lord and Savior in the Christian Faith.
