Hubert Gerhard Craw, 90, of Chisholm, MN, passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Hospital, with his son, daughter, and son-in-law by his side on Saturday, November 2, 2024.

Herbert was in Ironwood, MI on February 25, 1934 to Ernest and Adele (Peter) Craw.

Hubert had many diverse jobs that he enjoyed; Lab Technician, Boiler Operator, Assistant Fire Chief (Chisholm), Firefighter and Fire Inspector. He also worked as a "Garbologist" for St. Louis County and retired at 85 years of age; he really loved this job the most.

Hubert loved his wife Marcia and his family deeply. He had a passion for fishing, hunting, rock hunting and the great outdoors.

He will be greatly missed. May his memory be a blessing to all!

He was preceded in death by his wife Marcia Ruosch Craw; son Roger Bye Craw; sister Judith Craw Vork; and brother James Craw.

Hubert is survived by his son Richard and his children: Heather, Hannah, and Ben; daughter Lori (Terri) Samuelson and their children: Shane & Shad O'Neil, Sheyanne (Nathan) Rewertz, Shaleah (Joshua) Langner, Jenny (Jason) Marble, Shay (Kelsey) Samuelson, Shaylynn (Nick) Kochever; sister Mary (Bob) Burger and her children: Matt (Trish) Burger, Jody Berquist ( Tom Meador), Sue Patmaude (Don Brasseale); nieces Linda Vork (Craig) Bollenback  and Diane Vork (Bob) Enger; 9 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.
