Our beautiful Kim Marie King passed away peacefully on Thursday May 23, 2024 at the young age of 68 while on hospice at the Waterview Woods in Eveleth, MN.

Kim was born on Nov 3, 1955 in Cook, MN to Donald and Mabel (Villebrun) King. She was a member of the Bois Forte Band Chippewa. She grew up in Eveleth, MN and graduated from Eveleth High School in 1973.

Kim graduated from the University of MN Duluth in 1994, with her master's degree in criminal justice.

Kim had a beautiful, loving, open heart for everyone. She loved spending time with her family and friends and cherished her time for many years as a foster mom. Her smile and laugh were very contagious, and she loved being a jokester.

Kim is survived by her son Jesse (Sheila); brothers: Daniel & Roger King; sister Trudy King; grandson Landon; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friend John.

Preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Annette Font, Paulette Salavac and Yvonne King; brothers: Dale, Wesley, and Donnie King.
