Lynn Marie "Mouse" Caribou, 53, of Nett Lake, MN passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021.

Lynn was born on April 4, 1968 in Cook, MN to Gilbert and Patricia (Villebrun) Caribou.

Lynn was raised in Nett Lake, and for a short time when she was young, lived in the cities with her family. She attended school in Orr and Grand Portage.

Lynn enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino and playing Bingo. She loved to be outdoors grilling on her barbeque and spending time with her family and friends. She was a vibrant personality; she was the life of the party and hilariously comical. She was outgoing and had no fear when it came to belting out a karaoke tune. She was always happy when around people and would be described as a "happy go lucky girl".

Lynn was preceded in death by Steven Roy Sr.; grandparents: Walter and Alma Caribou and Frank and Viola Villebrun; parents: Gilbert and Patricia; and her son Steven Roy Jr.

She is survived by her son Conrad Roy; brothers: Henry Villebrun of Nett Lake and Clayton Villebrun of Virginia; 3 grandchildren; her loving family that pitched in to help raise her: Eileen Barney and family; Olive Connor and family; Shelley "Dolly" Strong; she is also survived by her aunt, Judy Caribou; good friends: Joellen Roy and Clarence Roy Jr.; special friend: Allen "Buzz" Connor; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and special dog Lil Bear.

A Traditional Wake will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2021 starting at 5:00PM at the Bois Forte Government and Services Center, Nett Lake, MN. The Traditional Service will be held the next day, Friday, April 9, 2021 at 10:00AM, also at the Center. Spiritual Leader will be Alan Hardee and Spiritual Advisor Gene Goodsky. Casket Bearers: Brent Villebrun, Darrell Connor, Francis Connor, Clarence Roy Jr., Frank Villebrun Jr., Ken Villebrun, and Ronald (Dean) Day.
