Nancy Lee Erickson, 84, of Virginia, MN passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026, in Virginia, MN.

Nancy was born on June 12, 1941, in Virginia, MN. She dedicated many years of her life working as a cook, where she was known for her hard work and caring nature. Nancy especially loved baking and found her greatest joy in spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children: Brad (Denise) Erickson, Chad Erickson, Brian Erickson, and Sally (Steve) Simmer; her cherished grandchildren: Sydney, Mercedes, Rickey, Alec, Payton, Maddoux, Walker, Cory, Riley and Carter; along with several beloved great-grandchildren.

Nancy will be remembered for her warm heart, generous spirit, and the love she shared through family gatherings, home-cooked meals, and baked treats that brought everyone together.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 12:00pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Alango, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church at 11:00am. Lunch will immediately follow the service at the VFW in Cook, MN.
