Peter Ellis Lange, 59, of Angora, MN passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022.

Peter was born on October 23, 1962 to Rudolph and Marion (Swanson) Lange in Hibbing, Minnesota. Peter attended school in Cook, graduating Cook High School in 1981. He worked for Mesabi Construction and various other construction and logging companies until he became an independent logger. He was united in marriage to Joyce Nissinen on October 19, 1984 in Hibbing, MN.

Peter liked fishing and hunting and enjoying the great northern outdoors. He was always kind to people and would help anyone in need. He was lighthearted and loved to make people laugh.

Peter was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Peter and Marion Swanson; paternal grandparents Art and Mildred Lange; infant sister Sara Lange; uncles and aunt: Richard Lange, Fred Lange, and Irene (Ed) Hemphill; and cousin Daniel Hemphill.

Peter is survived by his wife Joyce Lange; parents: Rudolph and Marion Lange; son Erick Lange; sister Shirley (Russ) Johnson; brother Jeff (Valerie) Lange; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
