Phyllis Darlene Salvhus, 90, of Cook, MN passed away peacefully at home with her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father: Nettie and Knute Salvhus; and brother Ken Salvhus.

Phyllis is survived by her life partner Mark Eyre; daughter Brenda (Don) Kotnik; sister Sandi Salvhus; grandson Brandon (Stacey) Kotnik; granddaughter Danielle Jance; great granddaughter Haley Kotnik; and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
