Ramon "Ray" Berg, 91, longtime resident of Soudan, MN, died Monday, January 15, 2024 at Essentia Health-Virginia, MN.

Ray was born at home in Tower, MN, on March 28, 1932 to Christian and Virginia (Bruneau) Berg.

His life revolved around family and whenever you met him he always greeted you with a smile; he had a kindness that would warm your heart.

He is survived by his son Michael Berg; and daughter Patricia (Kurt) Hujanen; grandchildren: Brian (Kelly) Hujanen and Sarah Hujanen; and 4 special great-grandchildren: Mackenzy, Avaya, Jameson, and Taiger. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Lorraine, in August of 2009.

A Celebration will be held in the spring/summer of 2024.
