Sheldon Lee Bixby "Bix", 62, of Hibbing, MN passed away on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026.

Sheldon was born on July 1, 1964, in Virginia, MN to Judy and Donald Bixby.

Sheldon grew up in Cook, MN where he graduated high school. After high school he worked as a carpenter in Arizona before returning to the Cook area. He also worked as a mechanic for many years, most notably at Rock & Roll Auto in Angora, until the fire that took the establishment. He worked many odd jobs since, helping those along the way.

Sheldon is survived by his sister Denise; his children; Christina and Angela, Paige and Riley. Along with his grandchildren: Angel and Nevaeh, Niya, Citinao, Braili, and Kyron.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Sherry Lynn Bixby, and great grandchild Amais.

Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Willow Valley Cemetery at 1:00pm
