Suzanne Marie (Hennus) Newman age 97, of Bear River, MN passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018.

Suzanne was born in Liege, Belgium to Gerald and Clementine Hennus. She attended college in Liege to become a seamstress. In 1945 she was united in marriage to Harold Newman. The couple moved to the US and made their home in Bear River, MN where they worked together logging and on the sawmill.  They had two sons, Harold "Pete" Newman and Emil Newman.

Suzanne was proceeded in death by her Parents Gerald and Clementine Hennus;  two brothers: Emile Hennus and Henri Hennus; and her beloved husband Harold Newman.

She is survived by her sons: Harold "Pete" (Kathi) Newman of Bear River; and Emil (Jane) Newman of Florida; grandchildren: Pete Garman of Virginia, Mike Newman of Buhl, and Rachel Newman (Justin Tuchek) of Proctor MN.
