William J.  (also known as "Beezer" or "Fudd") Zidarich Jr.

William John Zidarich Jr. 70, Beatice Lake, formerly of Kitzville passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017, at the Heritage Manor in Chisholm.

He was born in Hibbing on January 15, 1947, to William Sr. and Genevieve (Carrozza)

Zidarich.   He lived most of his life in Kitzville, where he made lifelong good friends.   Bill graduated from Hibbing High School in 1965, Hibbing Junior College in 1967, then University of Minnesota-Duluth  in 1969 earning a Bachelor's Degree in History Education. He was on the wrestling team in high school and junior college.  "Beezer" taught high school history for several years in Gilman, Wisconsin, where he also coached wrestling.   He moved back, settling at Beatrice Lake (Side Lake area) in 1978.  "Beezer" worked  as a service equipment operator  at Hibbing Taconite, retiring in 2008, after 30 years of dedicated service.   He was a longtime  member of the Hibbing Elks, where he met with friends throughout the years. " Beezer", enjoyed reading, a good game of cards, dirt bike riding, softball, grouse hunting, and times spent with the Kitzville guys.  He will be missed, but not forgotten, by the many who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

"Beezer" is survived  by 1 aunt, Joyce Zidarich of Kitzville; numerous cousins and many friends.

A Celebration of Life and Reception will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 1:00PM – 5:00PM at the Kitzville Community Center. Inurnment was in the columbarium at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Hibbing.
